At our Jamaica Organic Pimento Orchard, every tree tells a story. These are phylogenetically related trees, lovingly cared for through decades—each sapling grown from the seed of a mature pimento tree right here on the estate. This lineage of trees ensures purity, resilience, and a deep connection to the land.
We believe in hands-on stewardship: all berries are hand-picked, and each tree is pruned and cleaned by hand, preserving the integrity of the spice and the health of the trees in our orchard. We never use pesticides or chemicals, and we never mix or source pimento from outside producers. What you get is pure, rich, organic Jamaican pimento—bold in flavor, rooted in tradition, and grown with intention.
